I bought my SCENAR from Dr. Frost and received Level I training from Dr.
Tennant. The following is one of my personal experience about this device.
This May I went to Orlando to celebrate my master's birthday and camped
there with the other disciples all over the world for 3 days. The last
late
afternoon before my leaving, I was caught by a Korean when I was preparing
to enjoy some delicious vegetarian barbecue. She can speak a little
Mandarin and English, she told me that she had a friend who was so sick that
she couldn't even get up and walked to the therapeutic room. She knew by
some way I was a physician, since most local doctors and natural
practitioners already left the previous day after the ceremony (that day was
Monday), she asked if I could be of any help. When I saw that patient, she
was moaning and lying in her tent, with fever, pain on head, chest, abdomen,
bil inner shin and discomfort everywhere but not of typical flu symptoms.
Via translation she told me she had SLE and was sick since the previous day,
since she had angina symptoms at that day, a doctor from LA gave her sl.
NTG, injection and some oral drugs. Another traditional Chineses medical
doctor also did acupuncture(?) and cupping therapy for her. Despite all
those medication her sickness progressed. At that time and under that
situation there were not many choices for her, either she had to admit to
the hospital or received my SCENAR therapy. Under normal conditions, I
won't try on such ill patient in a foreign country, especially I didn't know
her full medical history and I was still on the learning process of this
device. Since I had cared SLE patients in the hospital before, I was fully
aware of the risks of this kind of patients. But when I thinked of the
possible language barrier, the hospital bills, the treatments that the
patient would receive in the hospital, I decided to have a try. At that
time I also couldn't guarantee anything. The patient trusted me. No
paper,
no pen, no other device, just a SCENAR, and our hearty pray to our master
and God. It took about 45 minutes, mostly use FM/VAR at different
locations
with different skills, at the end of that session, the patient told me she
felt a little better. I still advised her if there was any symptom got
worse then she should go to the hospital without delay.
When I prepared to leave the next early morning at 4:00 AM, a Korean called
me, he was the patient's husband, he said "we heard you would leave today,
so I brought my wife to see you". At that time, I saw his wife I was
stunned, only 10 hours later, I couldn't recognize her, she looked at least
15 years younger and totally well. All discomforts had gone.
To me, the real value of anything lies in real experiences but not on
something like "somebody think", "someone say" before they
really had enough
experiences and thorough understanding of those things that they comment.

Hello Paul and Barth
I thought I would add a few comments below as well- I'll write in this red color
to make it a bit easier to follow along - here and there I might add some info
that may not be looking at things the same way as Jerry - I am not saying he's
wrong and I'm right - just "rubbing heads together" to see if we can
start a fire and understand things better in the end

Hi Paul and Barth
I
have just returned from three weeks in Japan/China. I am still a little
foggy from the jet lag, but I will try to answer your questions.

Our 14-year-old granddaughter had
flu symptoms. Painting the back and back of the neck elicited marked
widespread skin redness. She experienced much relief and against the
advice of her grandfather went to school the next day but tired quickly. She
was treated again and the skin was less red. By the fourth day the skin
exhibited only minimal redness.
A lady has a scleritis in one eye.
Also she has arsenic toxicity and a stocking neuropathy up to her knees.
The skin of the entire back and neck became very red with treatment. During
the treatment she described a warm comfortable sensation and tingling in her
numb feet. At the end of the treatment she tapped her foot on the floor
and said she could actually feel the tapping sensation.
Remember that all the acupuncture meridians flow from
the feet, through an organ, through a tooth, through the seventh cervical
nerves, and out the fingers. Whenever you treat C7, you are treating the
whole body. The same is true of treating Lumbar five or the bottoms of the
feet or the palms of the hands.
I can appreciate the intent of the above idea however the
meridians do not follow these patterns - the "Yang" meridians flow
generally downwards from head to to feet and torso to hands along the posterior
aspects of the body - the"Yin" meridians flow upwards on the body from
hands towards head/torso and from feet towards head/torso and head along the
anterior aspects of the body
all the Yang meridians intersect briefly at one point which is at C7 - the Yin
meridians do not
the meridian "energy" relationship to whole reflex hand, foot, dental
and ear zones is indirect and holographic - not every meridian flows into the
hand, foot, teeth or ear yet there is most certainly a reflex
"connection" - this reflex "connection" appears to be the
expression of another dimension of spatial relationships

A man had what he described as long
standing sinus problems, a two-year history of jaw pain since root canal
surgery, sciatic pain down his right leg and long standing right knee pain.
His back and back of his neck were painted. Five days later he
requested another treatment because all his symptoms were greatly improved.
Dr. Conard reported a patient who has many allergic manifestations. A
20-minute back and neck painting session resulted in nausea and vomiting on more
than one occasion.
Dr. Conard painted the back of the neck of a lady with what she described as
long standing sinus congestion. During the 10-minute treatment she became
very emotional and cried in a healing crisis. The sinus condition was
greatly relieved and after a couple of other treatments she said the condition
had been cleared.
A 44-year old lady
had had what she described as sinus trouble since the birth of her son 21 years
ago. She suffered frontal headaches, mucus drainage into the back of her
throat and nasal obstruction. The back of her neck was painted for ten
minutes on two occasions followed by relief of symptoms for a few days. Then
her back was painted along with the back of her neck. Both areas became
very red. The back became red from T2 to T10. Following this
treatment she was symptom free when last evaluated two weeks later.

Several patients have reported an
improved sense of vitality and sense of well being after painting. A
50-year-old weight lifter with sinus problems and low vitality had three
treatments on the back of his neck. He reported absence of fatigue and
ability to lift many more pounds of weights in addition to relief of his
sinusitis.
A stroke victim with a hemi paresis has
been painted several times. There has been some tingling sensation in the
paralyzed limbs but no improvement of function. The hairbrush probe has
not been used. The patients wife reports that his mental depression since
the stroke has decreased and he is now cheerful all day.
The stroke victims wife has had
complained of low energy levels while caring for her invalid husband for 3
years. After painting her back and back of her neck on three treatment
occasions she has regained her vitality. Interestingly her uncontrollable
hypertension is now under better control with medication.
A patient with diabetic retinopathy has been painted on her back and back of her
neck several times in addition to treatment of the 6 trigeminal points. Visual
acuity has improved only one line on the Snellen chart. She reported that
her insulin dose requirement has greatly decreased. She describes improved
vision and can again drive at night although visual acuity has improved only one
line. Visual fields were not done before or after treatment.
A lady had had a cough since she had pneumonia 4 years earlier. A recent
imaging study revealed a spot in her left lower lung area. When her back
was painted a red skin area developed over the left middle thoracic region.
At a second treatment 4 days later she reported that the cough had mostly
disappeared. She also reported that her sleep apnea had been relieved to
allow restful sleep and absence of daytime fatigue.

Orthopedist Dr. Conard treated a
patient for a broken ankle. After a few weeks recovery he continued to
have much swelling and pain. The Scenar registered NOBODY in the
diagnostic mode on the ankle and foot. The swelling subsided dramatically during
the painting technique but the ankle and foot were still disconnected from the
autonomic system as indicated by NOBODY readings. After painting the
planter surface of the foot for 10 minutes the skin of the foot and ankle
recovered a normal pink color within minutes and there were again IR readings.
Apparently the autonomic system had been awakened. The patient was
able to walk out of the office comfortably.
The same patient with the ankle injury volunteered the information that he had
spent $1,000.00 above insurance coverage in the past year on treatment of neck
pain. Imaging had revealed no abnormality. Dr. Conard painted the
back of his neck for 10 minutes and immediate relief resulted. After two
more treatments and one back painting he said he had not felt so good for years.
He volunteered the information that his long-standing functional bowel
problem disappeared after the first back treatment.
Dr. Conard painted the sprained ankle of a high school basketball player. The
x-ray was negative for fracture. The swelling subsided during the
painting. The patient had had a couple of previous sprains. Dr
Conard felt that autonomic control had been decreased due to injury and the leg
had adapted to the new less than optimal control. The decreased autonomic
control had possibly been responsible for contributing to repeated sprains.
After Scenar painting and re-establishing autonomic control the patient
was able to walk out of the office comfortably. Hopefully with normal
autonomic control the pattern of repeated sprains will have been broken.
Dr. Conard has been treating a 7
year-old boy with enuresis by painting his back and back and back of his neck.
After three treatments is grandparents told me there has been great
improvement.
Dr. Conard has been treating ADD
and ADHD children by painting their backs and backs of their necks. The
initial response has been encouraging. A dyslectic boy has had two back
and neck treatments. There has been temporary improvement in writing skills and
attention span after each treatment. He will update on continued
treatments.
Dr. Conard has been treating
a 42 year-old juvenile diabetic who has had peripheral stocking neuropathy.
Her hands have also been numb. There were NOBODY readings on her
ankles and feet. After two weeks of painting her ankles and soles of the feet
she had IR readings and was able to walk much better. Her 30-minute walking
tolerance has increased to being able to shop 8 hours. In addition to
ankle paintings she has had two back and neck paintings, which resulted in
intensely red skin over her entire back and neck. After more back paintings it
will be interesting to assess if there is any difference in her insulin pump
function. Diabetic neuropathy has been considered as due to dead nerves.
This case suggests that perhaps autonomic shut down can really become awakened.
A man in his 50s has had a hand tremor. After Dr. Conard painted the back
of his neck the tremor disappeared.
Absence of skin redness with painting following recovery of an illness was
demonstrated on our 6-year-old granddaughter. During gastroenteritis with
diarrhea, vomiting and abdominal pain the soft non-tender abdomen exhibited a
bright pink color on the skin for an area 3 inches in diameter at the umbilicus
when painted. The pain was relieved following the treatment. After
recovery the next day (and seeking attention from her grandfather) she requested
another treatment. There was no redness of the skin on painting.
